This Snowdonia rental cottage property was once an Estate barn

It is a luxury upside down dwelling sleeping 3 people.

Bedrooms:

The very spacious master bedroom, single bedroom, shower room and utility room are on the ground floor.

The master bedroom has a Superking Somnus bed by Harrison Spinks that features Zip and Link capability to provide a Twin Bed setting if requested. Large patio doors offer a truly magnificent view of the Moelwyn Mountains to wake up to and lead to a covered area with Jacuzzi Spa.

A single Somnus bed provides luxury in the single bedroom.

High quality bedroom furniture and soft furnishings in both bedrooms set the scene for a luxury stay.

Kitchen:

Upstairs there is a fully equipped kitchen diner equipped with oven, induction hob, fridge, freezer and dish washer. It also has a Nespresso coffee machine with pods. Ample dining space ensures all guests can enjoy indoor dining and entertaining.

Lounge:

A separate spacious living room is beautifully furnished and has luxurious leather sofas. Beautiful soft furnishings and furniture provide luxurious comfort and Patio doors lead on to a covered veranda and offers the most huge and dramatic views of the magnificent ancient Celtic Rainforest Canopy of the Pengwern Woodlands set against the stunning backdrop of the Moelwyn Mountains and Stwlan Dam beyond. A perfect space to enjoy morning coffee or a very relaxed evening refreshment!

Garden and outdoor entertaining area:

Outside in the private and beautifully landscaped garden there is a Jacuzzi Spa that is more than ample for three people along with a wonderful outdoor dining area that holds more of the magnificent views of the Moelywn Mountains and ancient Celtic Rainforest. Wonderful planting schemes and magnificent views capture the magic of this Snowdonia landscape.

Private Estate Grounds:

As a guest you will have access to private paths around the estate, a mile and a half of dramatic river with waterfalls and natural pools, and there is also a public footpath to the village above the Estate.

The Estate home the Plas Meini Herd of rare breed Shetland Cattle, you may even see some of our ‘lawn mowers’ as they set to work with their Conservation Grazing duties! All our cattle have a permanent home in our fields and enjoy endless days of gentle grazing and roaming over 100 acres of this wonderful Upland Hill Farm setting.
