ABOUT THE PROPERTY

This Snowdonia holiday cottage was once the estates stables and hay loft and dates from the 17^th Century.

The property sleeps six people in three spacious bedrooms.

Bedrooms:

Upstairs there are two bedrooms both with Somnus Superking beds and both are En-Suite.

Downstairs is the third bedroom also with a Somnus Superking bed and its own En-Suite.

All of the beds are Somnus by Harrison Spinks and have 14,000 pocket springs for the ultimate comfort and support. Featuring Zip and Link capability to enable each bedroom to have a Twin Bed setting if requested. High quality soft furnishings and bedroom furniture allow for ample storage during your stay.

Large open plan Kitchen Dining Lounge:

The Sheraton kitchen is very well equipped with oven, induction hob, fridge, freezer, dish washer and washer/dryer all by AEG. Ample cupboards, drawers and shelves include all the kitchen and dining items you would expect to see for indoor dining and entertaining. It also has a Nespresso coffee machine with pods.

The dining area seats 6 people in spacious comfort to enjoy indoor dining and is large enough for guests to gather round for a fun evening of board games!

The lounge area has luxurious leather sofas.

High quality contemporary furnishings blend beautifully with the 17^th Century setting. A modern efficient log burner provides that real fire feeling and warmth.

 Garden and outdoor entertaining area:

Outside in the private and beautifully landscaped garden, there is a jacuzzi spa for up to six people and two dining areas, one undercover.

Private Estate Grounds:

As a guest in our Snowdonia holiday cottage you will have access to private paths around the estate. A mile and a half of dramatic river with waterfalls and natural pools, and there is also a public footpath to the village above the Estate.

The Estate home the Plas Meini Herd of rare breed Shetland Cattle, you may even see some of our ‘lawn mowers’ as they set to work with their Conservation Grazing duties! All our cattle have a permanent home in our fields and enjoy endless days of gentle grazing and roaming over 100 acres of this wonderful Upland Hill Farm setting.
